Paper Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review before Before February 20, 2027, in PDF or Word format. Each paper should be written in English. Your paper must be formatted according to the IEEE paper template files (Word, LaTeX). Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages, extra pages will incur additional charges. Please submit your papers by using the online submission system

Submission Statement:

1. The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected. 

2. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

3. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices.

4. At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is requested to register and present the paper at the conference.

5. Please download the IEEE Paper Template (Word, LaTeX) and prepare your full paper according to the template before submission. When your full paper get finished, please submit your papers by using the online submission system.
